Popsarap merges pop with sarap, the Filipino word for "delicious." We craft small-batch popcorn made to be shared and hard to forget.

Where It Began

Popsarap Popcorn is inspired by pasalubong, the Filipino tradition of bringing thoughtful gifts and treats back from your travels — a small way of saying, "I was thinking of you."

I grew up in New York's Lower Hudson Valley, then left for Iowa (yes, the Corn State). I came back home with a deeper appreciation for a good kernel and a craving for specialty popcorn that actually deserved the name.
