Do you have a retail store? Where can I find Popsarap Popcorn?
We don’t have a brick-and-mortar store at this time, but you can shop our flavors anytime on our website. We also pop up at farmers markets and special events throughout the Lower Hudson Valley, Westchester County, and the New York City Metropolitan Area. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Some orders may not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number with the most up-to-date delivery information.
What if my delivery is delayed?
While delivery times are managed by external couriers, we are happy to help track your order and address any issues that arise. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
How long does your popcorn stay fresh?
Our popcorn is made in small batches and maintains peak quality for 1–2 months from the production date (depending on the flavor). Each bag is sealed in humidity-resistant, resealable packaging and clearly labeled with a “Best By” date for your reference. Once opened, we recommend storing any uneaten popcorn in an airtight container, away from sun and heat, to preserve flavor and crunch.
Please note: At select pop-ups and farmers markets, we use compostable bags and containers designed for same-day enjoyment.
Where can I find allergen information?
Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page and on packaging. Please review this information carefully if you have dietary restrictions. While we take precautions, all products are made in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten.
Do you accept returns?
As popcorn is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns or exchanges, ensuring that every customer receives the highest quality product. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 48 hours, with a photo and description, so we can assist you.
For non-food items, such as merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn or unused items with proof of purchase. All refunds are made at our sole discretion and without admission of liability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund.
Do you offer custom, wholesale, or bulk orders?
Yes! These orders may require different lead times or terms. Minimum order quantities, deposits, or extended notice periods may apply. Please contact our team to discuss your specific needs.
